The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command is a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Contracting Command. MICC Soldiers, civilians and contractors support Soldiers and their families in the continental United States and Puerto Rico by providing Army commands, installations and activities with responsive contracting solutions and oversight. The MICC’s primary supported activities include the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, U.S. Army Forces Command, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, U.S. Army North, U.S. Army Reserve Command and U.S. Army Medical Command.

In fiscal 2012, the command executed more than 58,000 contract actions valued at more than $6.3 billion across the Army, including more than $2.6 billion to small businesses. The command also managed more than 1.2 million Government Purchase Card Program transactions valued at an additional $1.3 billion.
