This year, National Infertility Awareness Week takes place April 24-30. As such, we dedicated this issue's cover story to the challenging topic of infertility and pregnancy loss. On page 18, three courageous members share their hearts with us in writing as they speak to their fertility journeys. In her opening letter on page 3, International President Autumn L. Hansen (Idaho) touches on her fertility journey, too, and shares her wish for readers of this issue. “I hope what you learn reminds you that you are not alone. And, if this is not a journey you can relate to, some sisters will benefit from the listening and validation you can offer from understanding a little more about something that far too many women experience.”
