Preparing for Sunday and Beyond Looking Ahead
Friday greetings, Grace-St. Luke’s! Let us pray a Collect for the Nation on Independence Day: Lord God Almighty, you have made all the peoples of the earth for your glory, to serve you in freedom and in peace: Give to the people of our country a zeal for justice and the strength of forbearance, that we may use our liberty in accordance with your gracious will; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Join us on Sunday, July 5, the Fifth Sunday after Pentecost, at 10:30 a.m. for livestream or in-person worship officiated by the Rev. Laura F. Gettys, Associate Rector, and to include a sermon by the Rev. Ollie V. Rencher, Rector.
