Incineration: Incineration impacts on communities: -Old incinerators in use will produce dioxin, the people who breath in the dioxin will get sick. -In order to build one the government has to pay a lot of money to build one instead of using the money for other needs for society. -Raises the chance of people getting cancer. -Provides jobs for economy. Incineration impacts on environments: -Releases different types of dangerous chemicals into the environment. -Destroys the ozone layer.

Recycling: Recycling impacts on communities: -Provides jobs for the economy. -Recycling programs also contribute to the overall health and well-being of a community. -Provides people with energy (electricity). Recycling impacts on environment: -Reduces air pollution (carbon emission). -Slows down global warming.

Composting: Composting impact on communities: -Smelly for neighbors if you compost at your house. -Reduces most of the waste you produce. Composting impact on environment: -Makes plants, trees grow healthy. -Makes a very good fertilizer for plants and trees -Creates good soil. Landfills Landfills impact on society: -Most of the residents near the landfills won’t like the smell. -The people will breath in the sickness landfill smell. Landfills impact on environment: -Releases odor into the environment. -Takes a lot of space to build, that means to build one you need to destroy animal habitats and trees. -The leachate can poison the water and soil. Dumping: Dumping impacts on communities: -Costs a lot of money to clean up. -It’s illegal. Dumping impacts on environment: -The chemicals from the waste can sink into the earth’s ground. -Destroys the environment.
