Trail Running Group Spring is here and the weather is just right to take our workout to the great outdoors. Join the new Trail Running Group as we explore the many trails surrounding GarmischPartenkirchen. Trail running is as natural as running could ever be. The first people to pick up the pace and start striding along did so not on roads, tracks, or treadmills, but on dirt paths, animal trails,\ and in open meadows. From a purely physical standpoint you can build a lot more strength on dirt or on grass. Your balance will improve as a result of trying to keep up the pace while navigating challenging terrain. So get out of the gym and change up your workout! Running in beautiful scenery will never make you tired. Trail Run Newbies Mondays, Noon Trail Run Wednesdsays, Noon
