PHOTO CONTEST & DISPLAY Now’s your chance to show off your photography talent. Bring us your favorite photographs; nature, action, people, places of interest, both black and white or color and we will display them during the months of February and March in the library. Photos must be printed and preferably framed, but we do have a limited number of frames available to lend. We’ll be announcing the “People’s Choice” awards for favorite photos at the end of March.
WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH “Working to Form a More Perfect Union: Honoring Women in Public Service and Government”. Check out our display honoring women who have helped shaped America’s course through their public service and government leadership. Our featured book this month is “Founding Mothers: the women who raised our nation” by Cokie Roberts, a glimpse into the lives of the women behind the men who shaped the U.S. constitution.
