April 1-3, Outdoor Recreation, H15 Uncover Berlin’s vibrant underground art scene over the weekend in a quirky district of Berlin. Set off in search of the city’s best street art with a personal guide and see works by more than 50 local and international artists, including Blu, Osgemeos and ROA. Then take part in a 2-hour street art workshop and create your own piece to take home. Lodging, breakfast, tour, workshop and transport included. DOG FRIENDLY HIKES
April 5, Outdoor Recreation, H15 Having a dog doesn’t mean missing out on a good hike! Outdoor Recreation found 6 dog-friendly hiking trails that dogs and dog owners are sure to love. In fact, dogs can be great companions for hiking as long as they are in good physical shape and owners take the necessary precautions to ensure a safe hike. Price: $12/person
BREW CATACOMBS TOURS
April 7, Outdoor Recreation, H15 Join Outdoor Recreation for a historical tour of the catacombs running beneath the city of Nuremberg. Although the subterranean passages have fulfilled many duties throughout the ages, they have been most recently used as beer storage for the multitude of breweries in the Nuremberg area. Accordingly, homemade beer is the big theme of this tour through the rock-cut cellars beneath the city. It ends, of course, with a beer tasting and a visit to the craft brewery “Hausbrauerei Altstadthof.” Tour, tasting and transport included. Price: $29/person

CYS “ALL STAR” PROGRAM
Our staff work very hard to make sure that Children are well cared for and have every opportunity to grow and develop. The ‘All Star’ program is set up to show staff how much we appreciate them and recognize their tireless efforts of caring for our Children and Youth. Please help us by writing ‘star notes’ for excellence that you see. Each facility has a special location for the ‘All Star’ cards to be posted. At the end of each month, the cards will be collected and an award will be given for the caregiver who has the most ‘Star Cards’.
