No matter whether you ride the comfortable cycle paths along the Drau or Isel or venture out on the mountain bike routes of the most varied degrees of difficulty - every bike friend will come at his expense. There are over 1,000 km of mountain bike trails that lead through the fantastic mountains of Osttirol. Enjoy a completely new driving experience with an electric bike: Relaxed and environmentally conscious, the motorized bicycles take you through the exciting nature of Osttirol. Due to the powerful engine, headwind and long distances lose their scare. Thanks to the electric motor, cycling is guaranteed without any effort: Whether on long cycling tours with ones sporty partner or on tours carrying heavy luggage ... the engine unit supports whenever the driver wants or needs help.

Drau Cycle Path

San Candido - Sillian - Lienz - Oberdrauburg (only a part of the European-DrauCycle-Path from Dobbiaco to Marburg); total length approx. 60 km; average gradient of about 1.5% (mostly flat); asphalted; Also popular are individual stages such as from Lienz to Thal to the adventure swimming pool VITHAL (with a stop at the water adventure park at Galizia gorge) or from Lienz to Oberdrauburg to rural farmerly taverns and the swimming bath. Along the route, there are several guest houses – „Drauradweg-Wirte“ prepared on bikers needs, with special cycling packages and services. Detailed information, maps and the description of the entire route can be found on the homepage www.drauradweg.com

Iseltal valley - cycle path

Lienz - Matrei i.O., approx. 29 km; average gradient about 1%; mostly asphalted; barely frequented provincial road section between St. Johann and Huben; to cross the Felbertauernstraße at Huben and before Matrei.

The route has a length of 40 km and leads around the district capital city Lienz through the surrounding villages. It is consistently signposted and marked with the seal “Talbodenrunde 40 km”. Varied rich; only with small and short pitches; offering many places with beautiful views. Numerous restaurants invite you to linger in their beautiful gardens.
