MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY Membership opportunities at the club presently known as Tributary (the “Club”) include an 18-hole golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, Wellness Center including fitness amenities and swimming and social facilities. The Club is located adjacent to the Tributary Community in Teton County, Idaho, nestled between the Teton, Palisades and Big Hole Mountains. Except as otherwise defined or where the context otherwise clearly provides, certain capitalized terms are used in this Membership Overview as defined terms and have the meanings as defined or used in the Membership Plan for the Club.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND PRIVILEGES There are currently two (2) membership categories: Full (formerly known as Golf) Membership and Social (formerly known as Wellness) Membership. Dining Club Memberships and Winter Sports Memberships were previously offered but are no longer being offered or honored. Full Membership in the Club provides access to all Club Facilities. Social Membership provides access to all Club Facilities, with the exception of the Golf Course and golf-related activities and the lounge area of the Grand Targhee resort..
AVAILABILITY OF MEMBERSHIPS IS LIMITED Memberships are limited, as the Club only offers 450 Full Memberships, based on the present golf facilities. This limitation ensures our Members’ fullest enjoyment of the Club Facilities.
CLUB FACILITIES Depending on Membership category, Members, their families and guests will enjoy the following Club Facilities: • 18-Hole David McLay Kidd Designed Golf Course. The course is designed with tee placements that challenge the low-handicapper while creating an enjoyable golfing experience for all player levels. Other courses designed by David Kidd may be viewed at www.DMKgolfdesign.com. • The Wellness Center. The Wellness Center, with views of the Teton Mountain Range, presently is comprised of an adult/children’s pool, fitness center, pool locker rooms, restaurant and snack bar, club storage and other rooms and services normally associated with quality club operations. • Grand Targhee Resort. The designated lounge area of the Grand Targhee Resort shall be included as a “Club Facility” with respect to a Full Membership for so long as the lease between the owner of such resort and the Operator is in effect.
