7710 Granite Loop Unit 17 • FAQ’s • Can I have a pet in the Snake River Lodge & Spa? In order to maintain our high cleanliness standard and out of respect for other guests, the Snake River Lodge & Spa does not allow pets.
• Can this unit be remodeled? Yes, as long as the remodel fits with the aesthetic of the hotel and has been approved by the HOA Board.
• Are there usage restrictions of the unit? There is an off-season closure of the hotel typically from Thanksgiving to the beginning of December—dates will be confirmed by the hotel. There are no other usage restrictions.
• Can I access the Spa when I am not in residence? Anyone can access the spa with a scheduled treatment, non-treatment access is for guests only. When you are not in residence, a scheduled treatment is required for access.
• What is the property management split? 50% management fee, 50% owner.
• What floor is this unit on? What is the view? Unit 17 is on the second floor of the hotel and is a North facing unit with a view of Teewinot Chairlift Road.
• Can I rent it out without using Snake River Lodge Property Management? No, the unit must be rented through the Property Management team.
