Dear Associates,
We would like to welcome you to our new issue of our HR NEWSLETTER - GB&KG jOURney. After, a pause in the circulation of our Internal Document of Communication for more than a year, due to the unprecedented situation we are experiencing, we decided to re-release it at this stage, in a more concise form, but believing that our communication needs to be reinforced.
In the new reality we are facing, communication is our top priority and an essential way of exchanging information, and connecting with our associates. One of our communication channels is this publication, which will be circulated in special thematic editions, in shorter versions.
The re-circulation begins with an issue dedicated to the Women of our Team, and as part of the TakeCare program, “and the Caring” for our Associates. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, on 08/03/2021 we consider it is important to remember the contribution of our women, and not only on just a specific day. That is why we thought of hosting, not only in this issue but also in the folowing issues until the end of the year, an authentic story telling from each woman, who is either with us for many years and has a life story to share, or had to face challenges in life and in a demanding work environment.
We take great pride in promoting equal opportunities in our workplace, we reinforce every opportunity under our TakeCare Movement to promote Respect, Diversity and Inclusion.
Every year, in our Hotels, we celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) and we honor the achievements towards gender equality and women’s empowerment, and recognize the wonderful women of our Team waiting to be ALL TOGETHER soon.
We are pleased to start with the story of Maria Zampetaki, who is with us 35 years, being the example of women with the long lasting engagement with us. Thank you Maria, for your cooperation over the years but also for sharing your authentic story, and inspiring our new associates. Also in the issue, with reference to our TakeCare program we host the “caring” and communication actions to all our associates: our online e-pita, our TakeCare Talks: Team Stay Positive, Stay in Touch, Stay Safe, and the tribute #ForwardforArne - TAKE ACTION - Honoring Arne’s Legacy, by offering also to the Community, with our sponsorship of the Program “Desmos for schools”.
We continue with a positive spirit our “Journey”, wishing to be all together soon, until then We Stay Positive, Stay in Touch, Stay Safe.

Είμαι πολύ χαρούμενη για την επανακυκλοφορία του HR Newsletter αυτό τον μήνα ως ένα ακόμα μέσο επικοινωνίας μαζί σας – όπως έχουμε πει «η Απόσταση δεν μας κρατάει Μακριά!»
Προσδοκώ την ημέρα που θα ξαναβρεθούμε όλοι μαζί να υποδεχθούμε τους πελάτες μας όπως εμείς ξέρουμε και πάντα κάνουμε - με την ίδια ενέργεια, την ίδια όρεξη, το ίδιο χαμόγελο!
Μέχρι τότε όμως, η ευχή παραμένει μόνο μία! Να προσέχουμε και να είμαστε όλοι υγιείς!

Dear Associates,
I am delighted for this HR Newsletter circulation again this month as one more vehicle of communication with you – as we have said “the Distance will not keep us Apart!”
I anticipate the day we will meet altogether again and welcome our guests like we only know and we always do – with the same energy, the same will, the same smile!
