SOME UPDATES FOR 2023

The new year is approaching and with that some new rates & policies will take effect. Below is a brief summary of the changes to expect in 2023:

n Prebook policy summary: ❍ One prebook tee time per day per resident ❍ Minimum two guests per prebook required ❍ All prebook reservations must be made in-person at Desert Springs

Golf Shop between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm ❍ All prebook applicable daily fees will be prepaid at the time of booking along with a non-refundable $40 prebook fee Mon-Fri & a $20 prebook fee Sat & Sun; golf car fees will be paid the day of play ❍ All pre-book reservation cancellations must be called into

Desert Spring Golf Shop by 4:00 pm the day prior to the reserved tee time; a refund of the applicable daily fees will be applied to your credit book;

the pre-book fee will not be refunded ❍ Restrictions November through April • Mon – Fri a maximum two tee times per hour per course & a maximum four shotgun hole assignment positions per course are available for prebooking • Sat & Sun prebook reservations are available during either tee times or shotguns with no restrictions on time slots

n Daily fees will increase $3 a round in 2023 which will apply to all passes accordingly ❍ Premium Pass - $4,755/person | no charge per round | expires one year from date of purchase • This pass is designed for the golfer who enjoys the convenience of not having to pay every time they play.

Play more for less as this pass is geared towards high volume golfers. ❍ Annual Pass - $1,548/person | per round fee | expires one year from date of purchase • This pass is great for our residents that like to play 60 to 130 rounds of

golf in a year. Residents can enjoy the best daily fee rates year-round with this option. ❍ Flex Pass - $2,862 (60) | $4,294 (90) • The flex pass allows golfers to enjoy a slight discount on daily fee rates by prepaying a flex credit on their account. • Flex Daily Fees: 18-Holes - $47.00 | Twilight - $39.00 | Super Twilight & 9-Holes - $31.00 • All flex pass accounts expire 06/30/2023. n Credit Book Advantage: ❍ Our residents can prepay their credit book year-round. This allows the resident to draw against this account for all purchases in the golf shop.

The true advantage is the ability to avoid the lines for shotgun starts & just sign in on the credit book sheet.
