Helping you democratically elect students through the Grantham College Student Union Helping you democratically elect students as College Governors Enabling you to have your voice heard on College issues by encouraging you to elect STAR’s Liaising with the Student Union about national student issues which could affect you and work with them on College issues which may affect you Organising an annual Student Conference to seek your feedback on College life Organising events and guest speakers when local/general election are approaching.

Offering you excellent advice and guidance before, throughout and after your time at College Detailing what choices are made available to you throughout your time with us Promoting what support is available to you if you’re having a difficult time understanding who you are and how you feel Bringing in external services and support to run events and activities covering health, well being, sexuality and faith Offering you a space to pray, discuss faith based issues and meet with others to discuss religious identity Encouraging the GCSU President and Executive to research the needs of students who selfdefine within the liberation groups, as defined by the NUS; black students, disabled student, women and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans (LGBT) and organising activities to support these.
