Ways to Apply

Reduce your Fees

You can apply for a place at the College at any point during the year. However, because courses can become oversubscribed it is advisable to apply as early as possible.

Part-time courses at Grantham College have always represented great value, and there are a variety of ways in which you can reduce the cost of learning even further.

In person

Fee concessions

Complete the application form Please visit www.grantham.ac.uk/apply-online to apply online or download an application form from www.grantham.ac.uk/part-timeinfo and return it to us as soon as you can. Places can be limited – so don’t delay or you could miss out!

Come into College So you can be sure that the course will be right for you and to allow you to meet the staff, following receipt of the completed application form, all potential students are asked to come in for an informal interview.

Pay the course and registration fees Before your enrolment can be processed, you will need to pay the appropriate course fees. The tuition fee that you will need to pay is, in many cases, a contribution towards the real cost of providing the course, as many of the courses are subsidised by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) or Education Funding Agency (EFA), who are our funding partners. The following payment rules apply to all fees: Fees under £250 Must be paid in full at enrolment. Fees £250 and over Can be paid in instalments (this service has a £15 administration charge). Details are available on request. Credit Cards You can pay your course fees by credit card (no additional fee is payable).

Sponsored students If your employer is paying your fees, you must support your enrolment with a letter from your employer, stating the purchase order number if required. Apprenticeships If you are on an Apprenticeship, you will need to have your enrolment endorsed by the appropriate agency before it can be accepted.

Apply anytime Apply online or call our Information, Advice, Guidance & Enrolment desk who will send you an application form, or by dropping into the College to speak to one of our advisers.
