elling your home in the Spring is the best for most homeowners. There’s no doubt about it but the market is blooming with flowers and buyers….two pluses for you – the real estate market is in full force during Spring and just about anyone who is looking for a home is hitting open houses. If you’re thinking of selling your home this year, aiming to list your home during this time of year can be beneficial for you as a seller.
