ARUNDEL GALLERY TRAIL 2016 Incorporating the THEATRE TRAIL 16 presented by Arundel Gallery Trail is now in its 28th year, and has more than 150 artists showing throughout the town and beyond in 60 locations. Many of the exhibitions are in Arundel’s beautiful historic homes and gardens, not normally open to the public. Follow the yellow and red flags made from a WW2 parachute marking each venue. Again this year we have new and exciting artists showing painting, ceramics, installation, sculpture, furniture craftsmen, textiles, illustration and in group exhibitions, with established artists who exhibit regularly on the Trail, making it a must see event in the Arts Calendar. The Gallery Trail is always an exciting and eclectic showcase, and raises questions and debate over the nature of art and making. Entry is free, and you can use this brochure and the individual artists pages on the Gallery Trail website to discover more about exhibitors and plan your art journey. Follow, Like and Tweet us through our social media links and please share your memories of The Arundel Gallery Trail 2016. Our archive of the longest running art trail in the world, which has grown and developed since 1989, is available to view on Pinterest. What makes this event so special is the opportunity to speak to the artists and makers themselves about their inspiration and practice. So much of the work is affordable and is a chance to expand your own collection. Mark Antony Haden Ford August 2 2016
Beermat Competition The Winners revealed! Once again the Gallery Trail is delighted to collaborate with Arundel Brewery.

Exhibiting Gallery Trail artists were asked to submit images for the Beermat Design Competition. The three winning designs have been printed and distributed to local pubs and hostelries to promote the Festival and the Gallery Trail. There are just 600 printed of each design, and are very collectible! The original works are on show at the Brewery shop. Quay House, River Road Venue 9.
