Fitness and Health Whether it’s Yoga or Pilates, Tai Chi or Self Defence, when you do a Fitness and Health course with Aspire Sussex our excellent tutors have the knowledge, experience and a variety of approaches to fit your individual needs and help you get to where you need to be on your fitness journey. We offer courses from beginner through to advanced level, as well as Mixed Ability courses which welcome everyone!
