It is my absolute pleasure to serve as your 2022 Chairman of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors – it really is an honor. I am a proud 12-year Grape-vinian and have served on the board of directors for the Chamber for the past five years as well as being the current vice-president for the Grapevine United Charites Board of Directors, which is the charitable arm of the Chamber of Commerce. Volunteerism within my community is of paramount importance to me and I have happily celebrated the marvels of Grapevine through volunteerism at both Main Street Fest and GrapeFest. For the past seven years I have worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Grapevine Mills, a well-established business member within the Grapevine community. I share my Grapevine history with you because I want to impart my deep and enduring commitment to the community that I both live and work. Community involvement is essential to me and I encourage all Chamber members to take a moment and find something within the community of Grapevine and especially the Grapevine Chamber where you can invest some of your time and become even more engrained in our wonderful business community. Attend one the monthly Chamber luncheons (the speakers are engaging, thought provoking and inspiring – I can’t think of a better investment of one-hour a month in myself and my business), commit to a Business After Hours event (networking is key) or plan on participating in the annual Chamber golf tournament. There are so many Chamber sponsored, business-focused activities throughout the year, there is something for everyone. It doesn’t matter what you join, just that you try something new, and I look forward to meeting more of you at one (or more) of our Chamber events this year. WOMEN'S DIVISION NEWS The Women’s Division is 103 members strong this year and we are looking for ways to continue to grow and SERVE together. We would love to have any and all interested in the Women’s Division join us for our next luncheon on February 8th at the Blankenship Business Center.
