TRIUMPH FOODS EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY GIFT

Opportunity: Client goal was to identify a beanie design that would appeal to all genders and then give all employees their choice of which design they would like to receive.

Solution: Grapevine Designs created and refined two different beanie design concepts that would appeal to all genders. The Grapevine creative team also created custom mailers to match the beanies – a “retail” look of the beanie designs enabling employees to make their selections based on packaging.

Client Feedback: This holiday kit generated a lot of excitement among employees and was shared widely on social media.

TRAVEL KITS FOR JB HUNT

Quantity: 200

Target Audience: Prospects and Clients

Opportunity: JB Hunt wanted to communicate the message to recipients, “Head out and relax. We’ll handle things.”

Solution: Tying in the transportation theme, the team at Grapevine Designs created a custom kit including a high-end leather dopp kit and hang tag. The Grapevine creative team designed a custom box with a transportation design and the messaging “Head Out” and “We’ll Handle The Logistics.”

The Grapevine Designs team then alerted each salesperson at JB Hunt when the kit was delivered so they could then send a follow-up email, ensuring satisfaction.

NETSMART MASTERS KITS

Quantity: 70

Time Frame: Entire process from initial client meeting to shipping2 months.

Target Audience: Custom gifts for an incentive trip for Netsmart top level employees traveling to Scrubb Island, British Virgin Islands.

Opportunity: Personalization of each kit to account for apparel size, color and appropriate print pieces with a specific itinerary for each person.

Solution: The Grapevine Designs team sourced items and assembled a custom kit including two apparel pieces (personalized color and size), custom itinerary, dopp kit, headphones, air tags, and luggage tags. The kits were drop-shipped to participants’ homes ahead of their travel to the event.

U.S. BANK WELCOME KITS

Quantity: 7,000

Time Frame: 90 days plus shipping

Target Audience: New employees of the U.S. Bank/Union Bank merger received these kits.

Opportunity: Create a custom Welcome Kit for 7K new employees to coincide with an upcoming merger.

Solution: The Grapevine Designs team sourced items including a journal, tumbler, note cards, pens, lapel pins (on backer card) and lanyard. We designed a custom box and print pieces, kitted and drop-shipped the boxes to 7K new employees.

Client Feedback: The client received so much positive feedback from employees about this kit they repeated it for all new employees moving forward. U.S. Bank now offers the same kit on the company stores for all new hires.

SANOFI WELCOME KITS

Quantity: 10,000

Time Frame: 3-4 Weeks

Target Audience: Employees

Opportunity: A short turn-around time for 10K employee gifts to coincide with the new Sanofi corporate rebrand.

Solution: The Grapevine Designs team created an employee Pop-Up shop with 9 different gift options for employees to choose from. The gifts were drop-shipped to employees’ homes in advance of the Sanofi rebrand date.

Client Feedback: The employee gifts generated tons of excitement about the rebrand, resulting in re-orders of items on the Pop-Up Shop.

PERATON EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAYINCLUDING A ZOOM MEETING BOX OF “FUN”

Quantity: 18,000

Time Frame: 3 Weeks

Target Audience: Employees

Opportunity: A short turn-around time (3 weeks) for 18,000 kits 8 items per kit, including a box with label.

Solution: The Grapevine Designs team sourced, assembled and dropshipped 18K kits in 3 weeks time. Employees received the kits at home in advance of a virtual event for Employee Appreciation Day.

Client Feedback: The Peraton kit generated so much excitement among employees and was shared widely on social media.

U.S. BANK CUSTOM BACKPACKS

Quantity: 75,000

Target Audience: Gift to all U.S. Bank employees

Opportunity: To design and deliver a large quantity of a custom product and packaging.

Solution: The Grapevine Designs team worked with a trusted partner to design a fully custom backpack while adhering to the U.S. Bank brand guidelines. The backpacks were then packaged in a custom designed shipping mailer and drop-shipped to 75K employees’ homes.

Client Feedback: Employees loved the subtle, tonal details that made the backpack special and yet still feel very retail. Client reported that with a more hybrid work environment, employees were using the backpack to carry laptop and work supplies back and forth.
