Whether you’re looking to send items to a group of 50 or more, we’ve got a solution. Our creative and fulfillment teams will take your brand to the next level with custom packaging and impeccable kitting.
1. Minimum Distribution Quantity - 50 participants are required for Pop-Up site development, with one selectable product option.
2. Minimum Order Quantities - Additional product options are available, however order minimums must be satisfied. If minimum quantity is not met at close of the order period, the balance will be due from the program manager. Unfortunately, GVD is no longer able to reopen sites to satisfy MOQs not met.
3. Apparel Minimum Order Quantity - MOQ for apparel is 12 units, of the same item, same color, same imprint. There is a limit of a single color per style of apparel.
4. Pricing is valid for 30 days. If orders are not placed within 30 days from quote date, an updated quote will be required.
5. Pricing is valid for the quantity indicated on the original quote. If redemptions do not meet the quantity on the original quote, revised pricing will be invoiced.
6. Inventory is not guaranteed. Upon order placement, if there is insufficient inventory, GVD will contact the program manager to determine an alternative product option.
7. Redemption codes must be provided in spreadsheet format.
8. Special sorting and packaging available, upon request.
