For the 2025-2026 school year, we are pleased to continue offering a tuition structure that includes a wide range of value-added experiences, such as student retreats, yearbooks, and field trips, alongside academics, athletics, and arts programs.
We are also excited to announce that we are moving to a new enrollment management and student information system, which will enhance how families access and update their information for a more seamless experience. To ensure your family's information is up to date for the 2025-26 school year, we ask you to review and complete your information through this updated system

TUITIONINFORMATION

To ensure a smooth enrollment process and to reserve a space for your child, the following tuition commitment schedule will apply: April 1st Commitment: As of April 1, 50% of the tuition for the upcoming school year will be considered committed This amount will be non-refundable, regardless of whether the student attends or withdraws after this date.
June1stConfirmation: By June 1, 100% of the tuition will be considered confirmed. At this point, the full tuition is non-refundable. Once the commitment is made, the school relies on your child’s enrollment for planning purposes, including staffing, resources, and class scheduling. If your student is withdrawing, that must be done in writing before the dates above to avoid financial obligations noted previously above
Grapevine Faith uses an outside company, FACTS Management, to handle payment plans for the collection of tuition and related fees Setting up a Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS is due upon enrollment and is required for all families FACTS allows for payments via bank draft or credit/debit card (a 295% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card transactions)
Tuition payments begin in June or upon enrollment, whichever is later Payments will process automatically through FACTS; otherwise contact the Business Office to request alternate payment arrangements such as check, wire transfer, or 529 Plan payments
Registration Fees automatically process once the tuition payment plan is set up in FACTS In subsequent years, Registration Fees process on February 1st for the following school year. Registration Fees increase for returning students by $50 after February 1st and again on March 1st.
Tuition does not include all costs that may be incurred by the family. Additional costs include uniforms, school supplies, lunch accounts, high school mission trips, various activities, after school care, Academic Service Program (ASP) and other miscellaneous expenses.
A $2500 fee will be assessed on all returned checks Late fee will be assessed on accounts paid past June 1 If no payment has been made by August 1, student(s) spot will be released to new students – family will still be responsible for tuition
All accounts must be current before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued or transcripts released No exceptions will be made Students will not be admitted to class unless tuition payments are current TuitionAssistance
The deadline to apply for needs-based Tuition Assistance is March 15th for the following school year The application can be found on our website under the Admissions Tab. See the Tuition Assistance Policy under the Admissions tab for details, guidelines, and criteria for qualification. Consideration of Tuition Assistance applications will only be made after re-enrollment is confirmed and Registration Fee(s) have been paid. Only full-time students in grades 1st-12th are eligible for consideration. (See the Tuition Assistance page in this guide for details.)

Discounts apply to full-time students only – Pre-K – 12th grade - only one type applies per student:
Pastoral discount | 10% off full tuition for oldest child
Multi-child discounts | 10% off full tuition for each additional child
Active Military | 10% off full tuition for oldest child
GRAPEVINE FAITH CHRISTIAN SCHOOL TUITION ASSISTANCE POLICIES 2025-2026
The amount of Tuition Assistance (scholarship) granted is based solely upon need. It is the desire of Faith to award as many families as possible. Therefore, the maximum amount awarded is 50% of tuition, with most families receiving less than that percentage based upon relative need and the number of applicants for aid The annual Registration Fee is not included in the scholarship amount
Aid is granted only after students have enrolled for the next year and paid the Registration Fee for each child
There is a scholarship award priority as determined by the Tuition Assistance Committee. It is as follows:
1. Currentfamilies:
Parents in Christian ministry, including current staff members
Those families who have demonstrated active support of the policies and programs of FCS and/or
Families who received aid in prior year(s)
2 Newfamilies:
Parents in Christian ministry
Faith Alumni
Other new families
3 Preferencewillbegiventohighergradelevels.
Tuition Assistance is not granted to Preschool, Kindergarten or Homeschool students
Tuition Assistance is awarded in late April Families which apply after the application deadline can only be awarded aid if additional tuition assistance money is available.
Tuition Assistance is granted on an annual basis. Being granted an award for one school year does not mean a family will automatically receive an award in future school years Families must reapply and re-qualify each school year aid is desired Students must be in good standing with Faith to be eligible to receive aid
Tuition Assistance may be re-evaluated if there is a change in the applicant/co-applicant’s employment with the school.
TUITION ASSISTANCE PROCEDURES
1. Complete the Tuition Assistance Application process through FACTS online by March 15th.
Fill out information in the online application and pay the $45 Application Fee
Upload 2024 W-2’s, 2024 1040 Tax Forms and any required supplemental schedules to FACTS. (Verification process takes 2-3 weeks from the time all information is entered/uploaded.)
2 The Tuition Assistance Committee will meet in April to review applications and determine scholarship award amounts Incomplete applications could jeopardize the awarding of financial aid
3. Award notifications will be emailed to applicant families by April 30th.
4 Families must contact the Business Office by May 15th to accept a tuition assistance award and determine a payment plan for the remaining 2025-2026 tuition balance
