CELEBRATING THE TOP 100 HOSPITALITY BUSINESSES IN NORTHERN IRELAND 2020 N
ow in its third year, the Top 100 Hospitality Businesses is organised by Hospitality Ulster and judged by an independent panel, chaired by well-known restaurant critic Joris Minne. This makes them unique, as they are the only awards presented by the industry to the industry; recognising every sector of our industry, the diversity of our offer and the people who make our industry great. The Top 100 Hospitality Businesses recognises those who, through their premises, staff and product offer, encompass the very essence of our unique hospitality industry; literally going the extra mile to deliver a great customer experience that serves both their target audience and customer demographic. Danny Coyles, With so many great businesses in our chairman, Hospitality Ulster. industry, the judging process was never going to be easy and I want to give credit to the members of the independent judging panel, who gave up a considerable amount of time to select the 2020 list. With hundreds of nominations received, I know it was an extensive and difficult selection process, which is testament to the amazing quality on offer across the province in every single village, town and city. This year’s Top 100 list sees 19 new entries and I sympathise with those who were not included this year, as I know we have hundreds of fantastic hospitality businesses across the province. I would like to thank our partners who work with us throughout the year and our sponsors who, together, have made The Top 100 Hospitality Businesses awards possible. I look forward to visiting as many of the 2020 Top 100 Hospitality Businesses as possible in the coming year! Danny Coyles Chairman Hospitality Ulster

They’ve achieved that thanks to dedicated and knowledgeable staff, and the support of an increasing number of good regular customers. The aim now, through Santeria, is to increase the range of bar services available to their valued customers.
