Link between LTFP and Council’s Planning Framework A component of the new Integrated Strategic Planning and Reporting Framework (ISPRF) is the Financial Plan. By 31 October 2021, Victorian councils must develop (at a minimum) a 10-year Financial Plan for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2031.

LONG TERM FINANCIAL PLAN 2022 - 2031

The purpose of the LTFP is to ensure the financial soundness of Council and to provide appropriate levels of resources to meet Council’s future needs in providing services and facilities to the community. The LTFP fits into an overall Strategic Planning framework as outlined below: (The Municipal Health and Wellbeing Plan to be added to the below).
