Implementation of the Barry Powell Reserve masterplan has begun. Oval 2 is now being upgraded and Council is finalising concept designs for the pavilion redevelopment. I will continue to advocate for this project to seek Council and State Government funding, particularly as this reserve is in Premier Daniel Andrews’ electorate. The vision for Barry Powell Reserve is that it will provide for Noble Park’s growing population with a mix of spaces for a variety of activities.
