Preparing Your Home

What to do to get your home ready for sale? During our time with you, we will run through some things that will help you prep your home and staging, photo, and listing ready. We may suggest some repairs, painting, or any additional esthetic touches that be of need to prep.

The next step that we always suggest is starting to pack, declutter, and depersonalize. This also helps with making the move for when we can post that SOLD sign on your front lawn and you get to go on your next big adventure.

Staging & Photos

PHOTOS You will get a checklist that will also help prep your home to be photo ready. This comes directly from the photographers to help them capture your home and all it's beauty so we can best present your home to future and potential buyers.

STAGING We will set up a consultation with the staggers to come and preview your home. They will help us prep and get your home ready with staged furniture and/or your own furniture for photos and buyers to imagine themselves calling your home their new home.

Why professional photos and staging? According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 82% of buyers* said staging helped visualize themselves in the home. Video/Drones & Cleaning

VIDEO/DRONE Video and Drone footage of the area surrounding your home offers a great way for potential buyers to see the home from a different perspective. This gives them a chance to envision what their future neighborhood would look like.

CLEANING Cleaning services are great options for sellers who don't have time or want to worry about preparing their home for sale. Offering a freshly clean space can make the home feel welcoming to potential buyers.
