Who we are:
Stefano and his passion is now shared by a group of professionals with the same international vision.
Stefano Petri, founder of the Great Estate Partners, was born in Rome in 1974 but, at the age of 3, moved to a small town in Tuscany where he fell in love with the atmosphere and traditions of this unique land. At the age of 21 having completed his studies in construction, IT and law, he founded his first company Arco Servizi s.n.c. This was a technical consulting company for the real estate industry where, in only two years, he acquired specialist technical expertise of the sector. A particularly striking aspect during this time was an appreciation and enthusiasm for Italian and foreign clients buying property in Tuscany and nearby Umbria.
Just one small step. Stefano Petri qualified as a Surveyor in 2001 and opened his first Great Estate office in Piazze, a small village in Southern Tuscany. Thanks to his IT experience, innovation and mindset, he quickly understood that having the correct technology can make the difference in a sector based on direct human relationships. He is dedicated to a management system which supports and enhances the work of the real estate agent. Founded in 2006 la Toscanainformatica s.r.l., an IT company, uses this management system to promote to a number of real estate agencies a working methodology based on fairness, availability and professionalism. Building on this success and market response, the Case e Houses Network was launched in 2008. In the years that followed, however, the

difficulty of not having a proper central management system to support the Network became apparent so the project was wound down in 2013. Petri then focused exclusively on his real estate agency instead, combining the right values and methodology. This has grown subsequently over the years to become the Great Estate Partners.
There has always been attention placed on the development and improvement of the company’s organization through a large IT database focusing on continued professionalism and internationalization. The staff of Great Estate Partners has succeeded in creating one of the most important Italian real estate agencies in a relatively short time.
In 2009 Elisa Biglia and Stephen Crowther, who are currently responsible for the management of international clients as well as the Porto Santo Stefano office, made contact with Chesterton International for which they currently manage international clientele interested in buying property in Italy.

2) Our experience in the management of international clients has enabled us to understand that each property must be checked prior to it going on the market and this is why each property is supported by a technical-urban-town-land planning report. This is proper due diligence that guarantees the property’s marketability. The Great Estate Partners, as well as the co founder of Reality, an IT company, has created a property valuation system supported by three Italian universities. This gives us an objective property value within the current market.

Business Solutions We propose to Foreign Partner Real Estate Agencies three specific business solutions to speed up and increase sales: Synchronization of the group’s database with its international partners' website as well as using our online management system. We have created an IT tool which allows, in a quick, professional and through a continually updated process, automatic publication of all or part of the group’s property database on each Foreign Partner’s website. This can be up and running immediately and therefore Italian properties can be quickly shown to clients. With our Business Solutions all of the research work as well as property inclusion on your website in Italy has already been done for you. The positive thing about the XML IT tool, which is normally used for inserting the property, is obviously its huge time saving properties. This means we can now offer many more properties. In the past many properties were not included due to the time and cost of inserting the properties. This obviously decreased our chances of doing business. This is therefore a big time saver when you are advertising a very large number of beautiful properties that have been checked and verified. While it is difficult to ascertain the exact economic savings they certainly cannot be underestimated. Immediately I was able to focus my attention less on entering properties on a database and more on managing the buyers which are our core business. The clients who want to buy in Italy today have a much wider choice of properties which are being constantly updated without the costs that we used to incur. There is no doubt that this tool will lead to significant savings. The assistance that Great Estate Partners in Italy offer with all their professionals as well as having extensive experience in managing international clients make Great Estate Partners an indispensable partner.
