VISITORS GUIDE
GSWEC’s annual free publication that is distributed digitally and in print from September - August. GSWEC hosts 48 horse shows a year, with 225,000 exhibitors from across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. The 2018-2019 Visitors Guide will be available on the new GSWEC website, PinOak.org and distributed at GSWEC events. In addition, over 5,000 copies will be distributed to local businesses, hotels and venues in Katy and surrounding areas. Advertising options include ad space in a variety of sizes and business listing in the GSWEC Business Directory.

Commitment deadline: July 13, 2018 Artwork & payment must be received by July 27, 2018 Payment must be received before ads will be published.
AD SPECIFICATIONS Preferred File Formats: High resolution (300 dpi or greater) PDF, ESP, or TIFF (flattened) files. Native formats accepted are Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. Please include all necessary Postscript screen and printer fonts or have fonts converted to outline. All photos should be no less than 300 dpi at 100% of the size being used. Please supply ad layout at 100% of file size. Ads may print full color or black and white. Color ads should be supplied as CMYK files. Do not provide ads that use RGB or PMS spot colors.
ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS ARTWORK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 27. Ensure all graphics in your artwork file match the correct page sizes and specs. Email all print ready ads to RonikaCavazos@GSWEC.com PRESS CHECK: Any ads that do not meet the specifications will NOT be published. If the design team has to make any color or sizing adjustments to your artwork, there will be a $75 design fee. - Advertiser will be notified before any edits are made.
