STATE AND FEDERAL REPORTING Compared to last week: Slaughter lambs traded 3.00 – 9.00 higher and feeder lambs traded 2.00 – 15.00 higher. Slaughter ewes traded 2.00 higher and bucks were too thin to test. Slaughter kids traded 4.00 – 10.00 higher. Slaughter nannies and billies mostly steady. Trade activity was moderate on moderate buyer demand. In the sheep supply 44% slaughter lambs, 18% feeder lambs, 38% slaughter ewes and bucks, balance mostly replacement sheep. The goat supply consisted of 77% slaughter kids, 20% slaughter nannies. 3% slaughter billies and wethers.
