What is the Panhandle Pathway? A 21 mile non-motorized pedestrian trail The Pathway runs from Winamac to Kenneth, passing through Star City, Thornhope and Royal Center The Pathway follows the old Pennsylvania Railroad corridor Development criteria include safety, long-term maintenance and connectivity

Construction The Trail Land for the Pathway was acquired from the Indiana Trails Fund in April 2009.
