Detergent Production Process

Our detergent production process requires 5 basic ingredients such as surfactants, solvents, acids, complexing agent and packaging material, which is 75% plant-based and 25% recycled plastics. The basic flow is shown below in the chart with the origins of the ingredients expressed in % from the respective country:

1. Surfactants (DE 89% & IT 11%)

2. Solvents (NL 80% & BE 20%)

3. Acids (BE 66% & FR 34%)

4. Complexing material (BE 61% & SV 37%)

5.Packaging material – bottles & cartons (BE 47% & DE 53%)

6.Finished products are brought to Antwerp
