A: Yes, Grout sealer will protect your grout against staining if something is ever spilled in those areas. You can purchase sealer at your local home improvement stores. A: Due to new code regulations all lights installed at exterior garage are on sensors to conserve energy, this means they will only cut on at dusk or later.
