Dear Readers Where has the year gone? I’m sure you’ve heard the adage that the older one gets, the faster time seems to pass. I have a hard time believing how quickly another month has gone by when I turn the page on my wall calendar. Your library staff has been quite busy behind the scenes during 2013. We have made improvements to our wireless network, providing you with the fastest access available for us to offer. And our downloadable services now include free access to over 180 magazine titles in addition to thousands of eBooks, audiobooks and songs. In the coming year, we will continue to pursue ways to make every library experience—whether in-person or on the web—as rewarding and enjoyable as possible. Please make sure that we have current contact information for you. With our new automated system, we are able to notify you by phone or email with courtesy reminders and updates when on-hold materials are ready. ‘ Best wishes for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2014,
