Decorate a pumpkin like one of your favorite storybook characters and “plant” it at one of our participating locations. Each entry will receive a compass clip. • No carving, cutting or poking holes in pumpkins. • Pumpkins may be decorated with paint, colored markers, yarn, pipe cleaners, etc. • Pumpkins must be 18” in circumference or smaller. • Put your name on the bottom of the pumpkin. • Pumpkins not picked up by 4p on Nov 2 will be discarded. • Deteriorating pumpkins will be discarded.

Community Donor Launches Museum Pass Program Thanks to a generous gift from Ms. Stufona Latta of Taylors, the Hughes Main Library has recently initiated a Museum Pass Program. Ms. Latta’s initial donation was matched by the museums on Heritage Green—Upcountry History Museum-Furman University, Bob Jones Museum and Gallery and The Children’s Museum of the Upstate. The passes offer free visits to the museums. Some passes include admission for children, grandchildren and other family members.
