5. Treasurer’s Report An independent Accountant conducted an audit on the P&F accounts. A signed copy will be provided to the college. Cheque for laptop for P&F administration went missing so has been cancelled. Accepted: Seconded:

6. Pastoral Care Report Sr Rita has called for meal again this term and requests have been sent to parents on the roster. These requests have been responded to quickly as always. I also received about 10 new names to add to the roster from year 7 parents and new families to the school.

7. P&F Functions and events 1. Year 7 BBQ - 11 March Megan Waud is Coordinator of this annual event and has sufficient helpers. It is expected that a flyer about the next P&F meeting be handed out to parents at this function. 2. Outdoor movie night – 22 June It was agreed that the P&F schedule this college community event as a post production party 22 June, 2012. 3. Formal fashion parade/expo - Will not be held this year After much discussion, due to the Production being held this year it was decided not to go ahead with this joint event. 8. Election of Office Bearers 1. Vacation of 2011 office bearers and election of office bearers for 2012.
