• BS degree in Civil

Engineering / Civil-related field • 10+ years experience in site development, PE required • Site, Highway, Drainage and Utility Design experience • Experienced in land use and municipal approvals • Experienced in all project management areas, including proposal development, contract negotiations, project work plan, final agreements/ contracts, project financial tracking • Experienced in developing/ mentoring a team of junior staff • Strong communication and technical skills
