This November, our Bordeaux Big Bottles Restaurant Promotion will focus on all sustainable wines from many appellations. We’re targeting 75+ restaurants in New York to feature special 3-Liter bottles, a rare double-magnum size to showcase Bordeaux’s collective commitment to sustainability. The Bordeaux region is a proud leader in sustainable initiatives in winemaking; as of fall 2021, 75% of Bordeaux vineyards now hold environmental certifications, a new benchmark! Many of our wines come from HVE-3 certified estates and more are in the process of converting to partially or fully organic operations. Here are some of the eco-certifications that Bordeaux wineries work hard to earn:
