1.5 oz TILL Vodka 0.5 oz Cointreau Dash Orange bitters Splash Pomegranate juice Garnish: Orange twist

DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake vigorously, pour into martini glass, garnish with a twist of orange.

0.5 oz TILL Vodka 2 oz Apple cider 3 oz Prosecco 1 tbsp Cinnamon simple syrup Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS Fill glass with ice. Combine TILL Vodka and fresh apple cider into glass and stir. Top off with prosecco and syrup. Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick.

BRIAN’S CLASSIC MARTINI Serving size: 1 Created by Rikki Duncan, Bartender INGREDIENTS • 3 oz TILL Vodka • Olive juice, optional • 3 Blue cheese stuffed olives

DIRECTIONS Pour chilled TILL Vodka and olive juice (if you are feeling dirty) into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with blue cheese stuffed olives.

2 oz TILL Vodka 0.5 oz Heavy whipping cream Splash Cinnamon Sugar simple syrup 1 oz Espresso (room temperature) Garnish: Pear slice

DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake vigorously, pour into martini glass. Garnish with a few espresso beans. Adaptation: Add peppermint candy in place of cinnamon sugar simple syrup. GLASSWARE

1.5 oz TILL Vodka 0.75 oz Blanc Vermouth 0.75 oz White Crème de Cacao 0.5 oz Lemon juice

DIRECTIONS Rinse glass with absinthe. Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake vigorously. Strain into absinthe rinsed glass with ice. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir over ice. Strain in glass with ice. Garnish with lemon and orange peel.

1 cup TILL Vodka 2 ¼ cups Apple cider Ginger beer Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS Combine TILL Vodka and fresh apple cider into a pitcher and stir. Fill six mule mugs with ice, pour the mixture evenly until each mug is about two-thirds of the way full. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

Serving size: 4 INGREDIENTS • • • •

8 oz TILL Vodka 4 oz Ginger-Sage Syrup* 20 oz Pear nectar Garnish: Pear slice

DIRECTIONS Fill a glass with ice. Pour 1 oz. of the ginger-sage syrup, 2 oz. TILL Vodka and 5 oz. of pear nectar. Stir and garnish with a small pear slice. Repeat the cocktail process to serve four drinks. *See page 52 for Ginger-Sage Syrup GLASSWARE

1 oz TILL Vodka 6 oz Apple cider 1 tbsp Caramel sauce Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS Fill a shaker with ice. Pour TILL Vodka, cider, and caramel sauce; shake vigorously. Pour into glass. Garnish and enjoy!

PECAN PIE SHOT

Serving size: 1 INGREDIENTS • • • •

1 oz TILL Vodka ½ oz Dark corn syrup ¼ oz Amaretto Garnish: Brown sugar, dark corn syrup & crushed pecans

DIRECTIONS On a small plate, stir 1 tsp of dark corn syrup and 1 tbsp brown sugar together. Roll the rim of a 2oz shot glass in the mixture, then roll it in the crushed pecans. In a shaker, combine TILL Vodka, dark corn syrup and amaretto. Shake well. Pour into shot glass. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS In a shaker, combine TILL Vodka, Cachaca, lemon juice, honey/cinnamon syrup, allspice dram and pumpkin butter. Shake well. Strain and serve in chilled coupe. Enjoy!

Serving size: 1 INGREDIENTS • • • • •

1 ½ oz TILL Vodka 1 oz Cranberry juice ½ oz Lime juice Sparkling prosecco Garnish: Lime wheel

DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients but prosecco over ice in a mixing tin and shake. Strain into champagne flute and top with sparkling prosecco. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1 ½ oz TILL Vodka 3 oz Pear juice ½ oz Lime juice Sparkling water Garnish: Rosemary sprig

24 oz TILL Vodka 8 oz Vanilla-Honey Syrup* 8 oz Lemon juice 48 oz Orange juice

DIRECTIONS Fill punch bowl with 1/4 ice. Combine TILL Vodka, VanillaHoney Syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice into punch bowl. Stir to mix cocktail. Add fresh ice to cocktail glass and serve. *See page 50 for Vanilla-Honey Syrup

12 oz TILL Vodka 3 tbsp Salted caramel sauce 32 oz Apple cider 4 oz Lemon juice 4 oz Grenadine Garnish: Sliced Apple, Orange, Lemon

DIRECTIONS In a punch bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add ice to rocks glass and pour.

INGREDIENTS • • • • •

2 oz TILL Vodka 8 oz Hot water 1 bag Plum tea 1 tbsp Honey 1 Lemon, quartered

DIRECTIONS Heat water in a tea kettle. Once hot, add plum tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. In a mug, coat bottom with 1 tbsp. honey. Add TILL Vodka and squeeze juice from one lemon quarter. Top mug with tea and stir until honey has dissolved. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS Combine TILL Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne or sparkling wine, then garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz TILL Vodka 2 oz Cold brew coffee 1 ½ oz Coffee liqueur Garnish: Chocolate covered espresso beans

DIRECTIONS Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Drop 3-4 chocolate covered espresso beans into the drink.

TILL CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Serving size: 4 INGREDIENTS • • • • •

1 oz TILL Vodka 1 oz Chocolate liqueur 14 oz Coconut cream (chill 7 oz) 5 ½ oz Semi-sweet chocolate Garnish: Whipped cream and chocolate

DIRECTIONS Place chocolate and 7 oz. coconut cream in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for one minute, then whisk together. Stir in the chocolate liqueur and TILL Vodka; set aside to cool. Place 7 oz. chilled coconut cream into large bowl, whip with hand mixer. Slowly add cooled chocolate mixture to whipped coconut cream. Cover and chill for two to three hours. Scoop mousse into martini glasses, and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate. GLASSWARE

Serving size: 8 INGREDIENTS • • • • •

1½ cups TILL Vodka 4 oz White chocolate ½ cup Sugar 1½ cups Whole milk 3 tsp Pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS Add the chopped white chocolate bar, sugar and milk into a pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract and TILL Vodka. Let cool; transfer to a pitcher and let chill until ready to serve. When ready, prep martini glasses rims with white chocolate. Stir mixture in pitcher, then pour and serve. GLASSWARE

VANILLA-HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP Serving size: 24 INGREDIENTS • 16 oz Honey • 16 oz Water • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS In a small saucepan, combine honey and water. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until a syrup consistency forms. Add 1 tbsp. vanilla extract and reduce heat to medium-low and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Keep refrigerated and it will last up to 4 weeks.

GINGER-SAGE SYRUP Serving size: 10 INGREDIENTS • • • •

6 oz Sugar 14 oz Water 6 Sage leaves Ginger, large chunk (peeled and diced)

DIRECTIONS In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Add sage leaves and ginger, cook for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow mixture to steep for 15 minutes. Let cool, then strain. Discard sage and ginger.
