Common Questions
I am in a wheelchair, can you accommodate my ride request?
Great news! We have vehicles that enable you to travel comfortably in your wheelchair or transfer to a seat as needed.
If I get my own ride to a facility, can you take me home afterwards?
Yes, if a member of the provider team calls to schedule the return ride home and confirms you saw a provider. If you are arranging non-MTS transportation to your medical appointment, but would like MTS to provide transportation after your appointment, please let us know.
How far in advance can I schedule my appointment?
You can schedule your ride as soon as you make your medical appointment. Even if the appointment is several months out, give us a call. We look forward to making your reservation.
What can I do if I have a repeat appointment every week?
Give us a call and we will make a standing reservation for you. For example, if you have dialysis at the same time every week, we will book all of your future transportation. Therefore, you will not have to call every week to schedule your rides.
