Why does the change have to be made from the current process?

The current wireless local area network (LAN) provider is no longer supported by CISCO, GRHC’s current wireless provider.

Do I have to sign up with an email address?

Yes, to access the new Gila River Health Care Wi-Fi.

What is the name of the new Wi-Fi system?

The Wi-Fi signal will remain “GRHC-Guest”. The new login portal will be called “Guest Portal”.

Can I still use the Kindness password?

No, the kindness password and Wi-Fi system will no longer be valid.

How long is my new password valid?

Your new password is valid for five (5) days.

What is the benefit of registering?

You can remain logged in for three days without needing to re-enter your password without being logged out automatically.

Do I have to register at each campus?

No, as long as it is within the five-day registration window.

If I register at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital and go to another campus two days later is the same password still valid?

Yes, this access will work at any Gila River Health Care campus location with “GRHC-Guest” Wi-Fi.

What type of device can I register?

Register a cell phone (iPhone or Android), mobile tablet, or laptop.

How to Connect to Guest Wi-Fi:

• Connect to “Guest-WIFI”

• Click “Register for Guest Access”

• Fill out your information (use a non-grhc.org email)

• Account details will display and be emailed to you

• Click “Sign On”

• Accept the Acceptable Use Policy

Your guest access will be valid for 5 days before re-registration is needed.
