Life Center Services are for everyone not just for patients with diabetes, most services are available without a referral.

All Life Center Services: Available to 10 years and older and with or without diabetes.

Interested in a healthy lifestyle but need some guidance?

Life Style Coaches are available for 1:1 consults, groups, and even a structured class to assist you in your journey

What You Can Accomplish:

1. Lose 7% of your body weight.

2. Increase physical activity level to 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

3. Feel better and have more energy!

4. Learn better nutrition and exercise.

5. Develop healthy habits
