The PondHawks, are an award-winning original band from Chicago who are changing the style of Pop/Rock music. Catchy melodies are exhilaratingly fresh and Beatles-esque. The songs are delightfully infectious with playful lyricism that is exuberant and gutsy.Formed in 2007 by songwriting partners Mario Novelli and JorieGracen, The PondHawks have since captured a worldwide audience with a pioneering approach to music. Some may call it retro-rock with a now sound, but the band’s unique signature style falls into its own category. Often recited as being reminiscent of The Beatles, the Chicago based duo, are quickly rising as one of the biggest Indie factions in the world. Their vocals and harmonies bend genres and delight fans. Their critically acclaimed current single, “Afraid of Love” continues to create a buzz around the world

Q&A WITH LUCA SCHAEFER- CHARLTON 1. What motivates you to work hard? When I create a Tiktok that really engages and gets a reaction from my supporters... I love that. It then inspires me to make more content. 2. What is your favorite thing about your career? Collaborating with other influencers and creators who have the same passion as me. The Influencer community is like one big family, my brothers and sisters. I also love connecting with and meeting my supporters. Some have been supporting me since my start on Musically. 3. What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play? Basically just soccer. I watch it and have played since I was 5. I don’t follow any sport super closely. I like watching the Winter Olympics! 4. If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? I would love to spend a day on safari! I love animals.. so it would be amazing to go to Africa and see them. Swimming with wild dolphins would be amazing. Any experience involving animals. I once spent a morning in Laos walking with elephants. I’ll never forget it! 5. How would your friends describe you? Funny, crazy, loud, goofy, smart, and sometimes annoying. 6. What are your hobbies? Playing video games of course, and collecting anything to do with Pokémon. Anything! I also love animals, but I’m not sure if that’s a hobby.
7. What's your favorite food? Simple stuff like chicken strips, plain burgers, pizza or pasta (especially lasagna). I’m happy with a bowl of cereal and love a good pb&j sandwich. Oh and I have a real sweet tooth! 8. What's your favorite movie? Grownups with Adam Sandler! Can’t stop laughing. Oh, and Pixels. 9. What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for a cup of coffee? I would love to meet Adam Sandler. He’s hilarious!
