4. Please list the 3 more relevant experiences that you have live in AIESEC. 1. When I became a VP I knew the job and what to do but I had a lot of doubts so I was nervous, over time I realized what was the most important, how to do things better and how to manage the area 2. The knowledge needed for communication with the companies and understanding how they do things was a crucial in order to perform well. Hence, I was able to develop both personally and professionally in these terms, and was able to empower my crave in knowledge in new areas.

3. My internship is the third one, I went to Egypt to do a tourism practice and the most important challenges were the language, way of living of culture, being very open minded, responsibility, being independent and find the way to solve problems and doing new things. . 5. Rank 2 main areas in AIESEC where you have had the most experience. Briefly list your experiences and results achieved and describe how these experiences will help you accomplish your goals during your term. (200 words maximum) I have been in AIESEC one and a half years in two different areas: IGIP and AD IGIP, at first I had to break the fear of dealing with entrepreneurs and I needed to know what each one wanted and deliver the idea that AIESEC is your best bet, that is, knowing how to sell correctly and relevantly. Following that is being a VP. This helped me in learning to manage a team, being aware of needs of the function by researching and finding new and innovative. I improved relations with trainees and companies; at the beginning they didn’t have a good idea of AIESEC, also getting practice for trainees with broken match. This has helped me to work in a team, able to work with the other areas, how we need to learn to work with different kind of people and learn from them, also that the motivation for the team is the most important and could influence whether a member stays in AIESEC or leaves it for good, and how is their work, also that we are role models for each and every member, where we are seen high and looked up to, thus all our actions influence others no matter how small they were


In maximum 100 words, Please name your greatest challenge that you faced during your AIESEC experience. What was the challenge, how did you overcome it and what have you learned from this? (100 words maximum) Definitely my biggest challenge was being a VP. when I started I didn’t have the necessary knowledge of the area, but by researching, asking and trying; I was successfully able to achieve to know everything you need with it, know how to train the team, learning to be a leader, distribute tasks, treat each of the members separately and for best results, Most importantly I learned how to make GIP Happen. Also they had innovative ideas and to improve relations with companies and trainees.

1. How much time per day will you be able to invest on AIESEC during your EB Term? Please consider your activities as School, work, etc. AIESEC is all about what you give, the more you give the more you will receive. Due that I believe that I’m willing to invest in AIESEC as much as my situation needs me and as much as the LC is in need 2. How would other people describe your leadership style? (100 words maximum) I believe that I can be seen as a complex person. While always remaining the motivational and inspirational, I can range between the caring and tender person and the strict and rules abiding person 3. • b. Based on the above SWOT Analysis: What are the main priorities for your LC overall? Retention of members, better communication between areas and with trainees, innovation. • What will be the greatest challenges for your LC in the next year? What actions would you propose to overcome these challenges? Make more number to be the number one, better recruitment, that all member can be brand ambassadors, delete detractors, good communication with UP, membership retention, positioning in UP and externals; demonstrate to EPs, trainees, TN takers, families, and externals why we are the best option, what we do and what are we capable to do. • How will you manage these facts to impact in the 2015 vision goals? Based in membership, make them be brand ambassadors, is very important make them feel sense of belonging to help Gen 2015 objective creating leaders, and make sure the members have strong organizational understanding of AIESEC Way, the purpose and AIESEC2015, market study for all areas, knowing the best options of companies to attack of IGIP, so we can work with matches and sub products, knowing how to make a n effective recruitment and sales. 2. Which do you think that should be the correct behavior into AIESEC in Mexico? What should be your actions as EB in order to achieve it? Expanding the vision of AIESEC, work with other LCS, being best known, most members, being true brand ambassadors and giving an excellent idea of AIESEC to TN takers, EPs, families and external.

D. EB member questionnaire Role: (Please, answer at the following 6 specific questions) 1.With Gen2015 we will be focusing on iGIP and oGCDP. How can you contribute to that movement? What kind of innovation can you bring?# As I’m applying for VP MKT, I believe that I will be able to efficiently collaborate and have a strong synergy between IGIP and OGCDP to implement strong marketing campaigns for our LC. Also I believe that IGIP’s and OGCDP’s MoS are not clear and needs to be improved, recruitment for OGCDP needs to innovate to have more numbers, in our university people know about AIESEC, now we need to make students interested on it. Therefore I believe as a VP MKT I will be able to develop and innovate in them to have new structures to know how to attack companies with a market segmentation and EPS. 2.How do you understand PRACTICALLY being collaborative, purposeful and action oriented? What can you do for your LC to ensure that each member is living those behaviors? I see these three things as opportunities to develop and grow more, for if one followed these things, development and booming into a stronger person and a stronger AIESEC member is a must” 3.Describe 4 in your opinion the most important synergies between EB members. How can you strengthen them? • See the strengths and weaknesses of each member and work on them. • The way you work, the way members work, if the VP fulfills dates and send everything on time, are motivated and works well, the members will follow the same way. • Look how you area can work with other area to have a best result. • Communication inside and outside AIESEC, so is the person best known and improves the relationship 4.What kind of actions can you do to maintain legal and financial sustainability and generate profit? Market study for the companies that we will attack so we can have effective dates, ownership of membership to have better recruitment of members, market study for OGCDP and implement new forms of recruitment, work with LCs of other countries to make them sure we are the best option so they can send us their EP´s and if they are a good option we can send them our EP´s that want to travel that country, events for positioning AIESEC UP with sponsorships, working for IGIP or IGCDP, and giving the necessary focus, positioning AIESEC UP in the university and external companies.

This LC needs to envolve more the members, first knowing what each member wants and expect of AIESEC, look how they develop en their areas and see if they are following the way they want or learning new things, is all about tracking, we suppose VPs are doing the correct work with their members but the importat is to be sure of it. Members will follow VP steps, there must be tracking and feedback for VPs and members, in a companie is not usual to do this so it’s a pefect way of realizing how we work, be better and look for being an excelent leader.
