Depuis l’origine, nous proposons un vrai circuit court pour le lin, une approche locale, simple et sobre. Notre Lin y est cultivé dans le Nord de la France pour garantir une très longue et belle fibre. Cette fibre est peignée, tissée puis teinte toujours en France. Nos fibres de lin devenues toiles de lin sont simplement lavées en machine sans aucun produit chimique. Ce lavage à l’eau pure élimine les poussières de production, laisse les fibres prendre leur place et s’assouplir naturellement. Ainsi notre toile de lin se laisse aller sans trop de désinvolture. Après un coup de fer pour encore plus de souplesse, le linge de lit Nouvelle Vague est prêt à vous envelopper de bien-être. Un vrai lin de qualité durable qui embellit et se bonifie au fil des lavages. Il se transmet aux nouvelles générations dans un cycle de consommation raisonnée et responsable. Nouvelle Vague was born from a willingness to communicate about our differences in the face of a tide of washed linens at all costs, uncertain qualities, indefinite origins, ambiguous appellations, information that is confusing and leaves both consumers and professionals in doubt. From the beginning, we offer a real short circuit production for flax cloth, a local approach, simple and sober. Our flax is cultivated in the north of France, in order to guarantee a very long and beautiful fibre. This fibre is combed, woven and still dyed in France. Our flax fibres becoming linen fabrics are simply machine washed without any chemical. This pure water wash removes the dust from production, lets the fibres regain their place and relax naturally. In this way, our linen is allowed to get alive without being too casual. After a stroke of iron for even more supple hand feel, the new wave bed linen is ready to wrap you in well-being. Alexandre Turpault provides a real durable quality flax that embellishes and improves over the washing. It is transmitted to the new generations in a cycle of reasoned and responsible consumption.
