HURRICANE SEASON
We are ready to implement Residential Plaza's Hurricane Emergency Plan. We have the main generator and a backup generator fully operational, a staff contingency plan, enough food, water, and emergency supplies to tend to our residents in an emergency. Please follow the news and our communications closely if we have a tropical storm or hurricane warning for our county.
Thank you for supporting our initiative to offer a community where we can protect the health of all our constituents (residents, staff, visitors) from the adverse effects of secondhand smoke, a known health hazard associated with lung cancer and heart disease. Limiting the areas where people can smoke will also help us protect our community from damage to units and increased fire risk.
