Each participant and their team will participate in a thorough assessment of their company, industry and key attributes to developing successful, high-performance teams. You and your team will go through a series of assessments performed by a Sr. Strategic Consultant, presented to you during the training. The pre-assessments give you a clear picture of where your company stands and what it’s going to take to get you to the next level.

RETREAT DAY ONE Attendees will take a step back to review various growth models and how to design their own with the end goal in mind.
