Tourism Investment Attraction


Description This type of project aims to plan, structure and present a priority investments portfolio that systematizes a tourism destination development strategy, as well as all technical elements required to all possible investors’ decision-making process.

Advantages Direct benefits are based on the increasing flows of visitants, the increasing contributions to the State (by taxes and fees paid by all business at the destination) and the contribution for the increasing country exports.

Scope The development of this type of project is based on three major axis: Axis I Policy definition and tourism attraction investment strategy. Axis II Investments – Development of individual investment sheets for each project, so that the entrepreneur/investor has all the tools and data needed for the decision-making process. Axis III Action plan and Promotion – Development of mechanisms and implementation of actions to enable an effective attraction of investment, which include, among others: 1. Program’s Corporate Brochure 2. Investment projects’ technical sheets 3. Investor’s Guide 4. Investor Portal – Platform of investment with customized accreditation 5. International Roadshow for the attraction of possible investors 6. Economic Diplomacy Program Technical tools will be created to enable customers to enhance the cross-economic development, as is the case of the “Investor’s Guide” publication.
