FROM VENICE TO DUBAI WITH ALL THE MOST AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS OF CIPRIANI’S CULINARY TRADITION
CIPRIANI
On 13 May 1931, Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar, on the first floor of an abandoned warehouse, in a dead-end alley off of St. Mark’s Square, Venice. Ever since then, it has remained pretty much unchanged, and has become a point of reference well beyond national borders, managing to export its relaxed atmosphere, great food and warm service all over the world. It is a flagship venue that has always served an eclectic clientèle, including Hollywood legends, royalty and artists from around the world. Over the past 90 years, led by three generations of families, following on from one another, Cipriani has developed into an international hospitality brand, and has also arrived in Dubai, where it transports its diners back to the 1950s and 1960s, thanks to its white tablecloths, retro furniture and warm, shiny wooden interiors. It’s the perfect place to sample authentic Italian cuisine while in the glitzy city of the United Arab Emirates. Unmissable is the famous Carpaccio alla Cipriani, fresh raw meat cut into thin slices, and accompanied by an impeccable sauce, as well as the beverages invented by Guiseppe Cipriani in Venice, in 1930. Can you taste Venice while in Dubai? Absolutely yes, thanks to the timeless value and quality of Cipriani’s products that have remained unchanged until this day.
