Introduction Welcome to the ASEC2020 Virtual Event! This manual aims to guide you through our online event, so that you may make the most of your participation and utilize all the features of this special format.
Getting Started/ Entering the event –
A personal ASEC2020 e-ticket via will be emailed to you on Monday 5th October. You can simply click on this ticket and it will direct you through to the ASEC2020 login screen; after inputting your email address you will arrive at the entrance of the event.
Otherwise, you can also access the event by clicking on the following link: https://grvasec.vfairs.com/ or type it into the address bar of any Internet browser.
PLEASE NOTE - We recommend that you use either Chrome or Firefox for best performance.
Navigating the ASEC2020 event –
The main Lobby
The Lobby is the centre point of the event and it is from here that you are able to access all of the event’s key features. You will see 4 main rooms to visit which can be accessed by simply clicking on the room name with your mouse. You will also see that there is a main event menu bar at the top of the Lobby screen, allowing you to quicky jump into any of the various rooms:
