An idea born from insight and applied creativity will result not only in a pretty picture but in a pretty picture with targeted stopping power, an aesthetic with a clear message, and content that drives consumer action. Making more than pretty pictures is what I do. I like the idea of moving towards paralleling the path of the 360º multifaceted designer: in addition to design, focusing on strategy, research, conceptualization, etc. For example, I'm really interested in game theory as well as trans-media storytelling.
