Come catch a falling star and put it in your pocket. At Girl Scout camp, the most remarkable things will happen!

Make it a Girl Scout Summer.

Choose from week-long overnight camps, two night camps, horse camps, travel camps and weekend family camps. Pick your camps and get registered. Badgerland Girl Scouts will camp at Camp Ehawee, Camp Brandenburg, and the Madison Leadership Center.

Camp Ehawee, La Crosse County

Ehawee (pronounced E-How-E) hosts the longer 5-night camps and some shorter overnighters plus all the Leadership and Horse camps. Campers bunk in cabins or platform tents. There’s a big amphitheater, nature and art center, canoeing slough, archery range, hiking trails and a swimming pool. We are working on potential bus options between Madison and camp but, for now, transportation to and from Ehawee is on your own. We’ll let you know if we’re able to add a bus option for your convenience.

Camp Brandenburg, Dane County

Brandenburg is the site for two-night Brownie camps, Daisy Days and all of our famous family Adventure Pods camps. Girls will bunk for two-night overnight camps at Hilltop Lodge. Brandenburg has a new target range for slingshots (!), a brand new orienteering course, geocaching, lake canoeing, and forested adventure hiking. Transportation to and from Brandenburg is on your own.

Camp is magic. Really, it is and you’re gonna be part of making it! First off, you’ll be sorted into your own special house then spend your camp days competing for the coveted house cup. You’ll conjure wands, and tasty potions, and create your one-of-a-kind wizard hat. Search the forest for magical creatures! Enchant a friend by casting a spell. Accio, camp!

Ooooh if you’re a night owl this is your camp! “Sneak” out of bed and stay up late to explore the night world. Wander into the dark woods to discover bio-luminescent creatures that only reveal themselves when the sun is down. We’ll spend lots of time on our backs, too, as we gaze at the night sky and learn to navigate the stars. Boogy down during the glow-in-the-dark dance and create your take-home wearable glowing constellation!

Staying Safe at Camp The safety of campers is top priority. Effective June 2022, all Badgerland overnight campers (girls and adults) will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. BADGERLAND COVID VACCINE PROTOCOL • COVID -19 vaccines are required for all 2022 overnight Badgerland campers. • A complete vaccination conforms with CDC recommendations dependent on your vaccine series: two doses for Pfizer and Moderna, and one dose for Johnson & Johnson. A booster dose is preferred but not required. • Campers will upload their vaccination information in CampDoc. • Complete COVID vaccination protocol includes girls, adults and Camp Staff. • Masking requirements will be managed on a camp-by-camp basis dependent on the guidelines recommended each week by Dane County and La Crosse County Health Departments. Those counties are home base for our resident camps. ON MY HONOR Some Girl Scout families may not be in agreement with this mandate. We respect your family decisions and trust you will respect ours. It was thoughtfully made in the spirit of leveraging all tools and resources available to run a safe and healthy Girl Scout summer for our girls. IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED AND WANT TO GO TO CAMP For Girl Scouts who are unvaccinated and desire to attend overnight Girl Scout camp, there are options available throughout the US. Some Girl Scout councils may not require vaccinations, potentially including neighboring Councils. If you wish to use your Badgerland Bucks to attend a sister Girl Scout camp, we will work with you and that council to transfer your Badgerland Bucks.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY Occasionally the need arises to cancel due to weather, safety concerns or low registration. For weather-based cancellations, every attempt will be made to contact you. Maintain accurate contact information in MyGS so staff can reach you. If canceled, the program will be rescheduled or refunded. REFUND POLICY Refunds, minus a $10 cancellation fee per event transaction, are given for cancellations made by the registration deadline, or in the event of serious illness or death in the family. Full refunds are issued after the deadline only if the program is canceled.

Tshirts & Patch Free Camp Tshirts are happening! Hello! She’ll come home with this summer’s Badgerland Camp shirt. How cool is that? When you complete your camper’s Campdoc forms, you’ll select her tshirt size and we’ll have it waiting for her when she gets to camp. CampHERO & CampBUILD campers get their own special tshirt included with registration. She’ll also come home with her 2022 green Badgerland Camps patch to wear on the back of her uniform. AND she’ll earn patches during her camp experience and bring those home, too. Badges are earned and they go on the front of her uniform.

Camp Care Kits Surprise your camper during her stay at Camp Ehawee or Camp Brandenburg. Order her Camp Care Kit during registration or add it on later. Camp staff will give it to her on her first day of camp. The Badgerland Team is having a great time loading her Care Kit with delightful goodies that include something cozy, something to light the night, something artsy, something for fun in the sun, and something plush to cuddle at camp. All the goodies are packed in a cute bag to carry it all. Camp Care Kits are $40.
